We're now beginning our second week of harvest, and the tuber yields have been very encouraging. As each variety comes out of the ground, we're carefully sorting, evaluating, and counting the tubers to determine what we can offer in our online shop. And that brings us to something new we're especially excited to share with you! Introducing Harvest Mondays!

There's something especially rewarding about harvest time at Flaming Acres Dahlias. After months of planting, watering, weeding, and watching thousands of dahlias grow, we're finally discovering what's been happening beneath the soil!

As September begins to wind down, our dahlias are still putting on a beautiful show here at Flaming Acres. It’s such an interesting time in the garden. We’re still enjoying the blooms we waited so patiently for, but at the same time, we’re already noticing the things we want to remember for next year.
