Flaming Acres Dahlias Guarantee

​Thank you for supporting Flaming Acres Dahlia! We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Each listing is for one (1) tuber, and we guarantee that your tuber will:

• Be true to the variety shown in the photo

• Arrive with at least one visible eye (often already sprouting!)

 

Please inspect your tubers upon arrival. If you have any concerns, call (208) 630-4049 or email us at info@flamingacresdahlias.com within 5 days of delivery so we can help.

 

What we can’t guarantee:

• Since growing dahlias is a farming venture, there may be times we cannot fulfill an order of a purchased dahlia tuber variety. If this occurs, we offer two tubers of a similar variety as replacements or will issue a full refund. If the customer does not communicate a preference, a refund shall be issued. It is the customers responsibility to check their email and financial statements for this transaction detail. If there are questions and concerns about an order, customers are welcome to call or email Debra at Flaming Acres Dahlias. 

While we do our best to ensure healthy, viable tubers, we cannot be held responsible for issues that occur after delivery due to factors outside our control, including:

• Shriveling, rotting, or death before planting

• Rotting or failure to grow after planting

• Lack of sprouting, stunted growth, or failure to bloom

• Disease that may appear after planting

 

We do not offer replacements or refunds for any of the above.

All tubers are grown on our farm, and we carefully cull any suspicious plants during the season. Please note: Dahlias are susceptible to viruses, which can be present in your soil, transferred by insects, or introduced unknowingly. Despite best practices, viruses are sometimes unavoidable.

💡 A few planting reminders:

• Always plant tubers horizontally, with the crown just below the surface

• Protect against pests and rodents

• Avoid overwatering or planting in poorly drained soil

 

We are not responsible for planting errors, pest or weather damage, or results affected by environmental conditions or growing practices.
