How it Works...
Shipping Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order ships. Please use your regular mailing address (where USPS delivers daily).
Restocking Fee
If a shipment is returned or refused, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Lost Package Policy
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

First, visit your local Post Office with your tracking number

Many times, a package marked “delivered” is held for safe pickup
If USPS confirms delivery, we are not responsible for replacing your order.
If a package is lost in transit without confirmed delivery, a replacement may be available at the buyer’s expense.
