🌱 What to Do if Your Dahlias Don’t Sprout
Dahlias should emerge from the soil within 3–5 weeks of planting. If yours haven’t sprouted by then:

Gently dig up the tuber

Take a clear photo of its condition

📅 Important Deadlines

Failed tubers must be reported no later than August 1st of the same growing season.

All other concerns (disease, growth issues, etc.) must be reported by October 1st of the same growing season.

Do not dig up or discard any plants until we’ve had a chance to help!
We may request the return of the tuber or additional photos before issuing a replacement.
🔁 Replacements Only – No Cash Refunds
If your tuber has failed, we’ll send you a free replacement of the same variety, either later in the current season or the following spring (based on timing and location.
📦 Policy applies to U.S. orders only.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the failed tuber(s) and does not include shipping or handling.
Cancelled Orders
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please note that cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $15.00 or 15% of your order total (whichever is greater).
All cancellations must be submitted before February 15th. Once your order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Order Revisions & Additions Policy
Once your order is placed, it cannot be amended online—this includes changes to items, addresses, or combining multiple orders.
