📦 A Season in Motion: Shipping Updates

Here at Flaming Acres, the season is fully underway.

We have been busy packing and shipping dahlias, carefully sending each tuber off with hope for the beautiful gardens they will become. Our warm climate and southern-state friends have already received their shipments, and it has been such a joy watching those first deliveries arrive safely. And now, we are looking ahead…

Our northern-state shipments will begin on April 6th, and we are working diligently to ensure each order is packed with the same care, attention, and love that has guided us from the very beginning.

Every box that leaves our farm carries more than tubers—it carries the promise of blooms, beauty, and a season yet to unfold.

April Subscriber Perk: Growing Strong from the Start

As your dahlias begin to wake and push their first tender shoots toward the light, our April Subscriber Perk is designed to guide you through this exciting early stage of growth. This month, we’re focusing on helping you build strong, healthy plants from the very beginning—with simple, practical guidance on watering, staking, and early care that sets the foundation for a season full of abundant blooms. Just like every great garden, success starts with intention and attention in these early days. Our hope is that this resource encourages you to slow down, observe, and nurture your plants with confidence as your garden begins to come to life.

Looking Ahead: New Varieties Coming Soon

Even though our shop is now closed for the season, we are already dreaming ahead—and we have something exciting to share…

We have 30 new dahlia varieties growing in our fields, and they are absolutely stunning. A few that you may recognize (and love!) include:
